Return Policy
This Return Policy applies only to retail purchases made directly through our website. Wholesale purchases, distributor sales, and sales to resellers are governed by the applicable wholesale or reseller agreement and are not subject to this Return Policy.
Returns
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Products that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or are missing parts or packaging are not eligible for return unless defective or required by applicable law.
